If contact details are not available on your institutional website, please provide us with a full staff directory on official letterhead, so that we can verify all the staff members in your application. The document should also include employee institutional email addresses and phone numbers.

(If you answer, "No," you will be unable to open a CLEP test center until the MOU is completed)

All CLEP Test Centers are listed on the Test Center Search on our website. Test centers listed as "Public" are open to the public and test all students who register, including those who do not attend or are not affiliated with the institution. Test centers listed as "Limited" will limit testing to certain groups of students, such as those admitted to, with access to, or enrolled at the institution. PLEASE NOTE: All High School test centers must select ā€˜Limited.’ Failure to do so will slow down application processing times.

CLEP Test Centers have the option to join the Fully Funded Initiative. By becoming a fully funded test center, you can help make CLEP testing more accessible for military service members, their spouses, and civil-service employees by waiving your administrative fee. In return, DANTES will compensate your test center for each funded test-taker.

Computers may be used for other applications when they are not in use for CLEP. It is suggested, however, that these computers be located in a monitored area. Information should include specifics on the physical set-up of the room in which you plan to test.
