I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that participation in any activities outside of school hours or off school property are in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal statutes and regulations, applicable standards of relevant national professional associations, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.

I understand that my participation will automatically be renewed for the subsequent academic year unless canceled by emailing apwe@collegeboard.org.
